YHC’s first Q at The Playground was greeted with optimism and excitement…minus Hasboro’s expected subtle jabs (“I hate you Smurfette”). The first car in the parking lot belonged to our eager FNG, now Toto, who was anxiously anticipating his first day and wanted to clarify that this was intact a “non-running” workout! After being reassured, he jumped in and embraced the suck. Props to Toto for beating the fartsack and giving it everything he had this morning. The entire Pax stepped up to the challenge and beat the running clock. At one point YHC was tempted to cut the workout down a round, but the Pax was clearly committed to getting all of the work done. Great job!

Fight Gone Bad
Each member of the Pax grabbed a cinder block (35lbs) and completed 4 rounds of the following. Each exercise was performed for 1 minute, AMRAP:

- Derkins
- Air Chair
A Few Minutes of Mary – gave the Pax a second to catch our breath
