The first of May brings a great group on a perfect morning as I look to celebrate nearly one year with F3.

We grab a coupon as we head to the hill by field of dreams where I posted for my first workout nearly one year ago under the tutelage of Peanut. The BB from that day is lost to the F3Nation site cleanse.
Today saw us take on 25 curls, 25 skull crushers and 25 shoulder presses with a backwards run up the hill and forward mosey back down in between.
Repeat 3x with a lap around the outfield for mileage.
We hit home plate for some quick words for the one who invited me originally, DC2. As was our work tradition and seeing it was Tuesday we were in for some TACOS.
The Burpee 20x at home. Bear crawl or lunge to first
American Hammers 20x at first. Sprint to second
Carolina Drydocks 20x at second. Bear or lunge to third
Batwings 20x at third making an O with your arms forward 20, back 20, and overhead clap 20.
Sprint home for Squats to the six.
A quick poll said everyone was ready to go again although it wasn’t easy to see the hands in the dark so a second helping of TACOS was had.
