Track is Whack

For those who would rather sweat it up outdoors exercising  on a frosty morning surrounded by other sweaty men looking to do the same rather than snuggle in with the M, there’s F3…and for all of you out there who just said you’re not sure you’d actually rather do the former …

Not cold enough…yet

It was cold this morning.  Not as cold as it is going to be, but cold just the same.  But the fartsack be damned.  We had 20 HIMs pulled themselves for the comfort of their M’s and coziness of their sheets and take the DRP to come out and make …

Give that Dawg a bone!

Lights twinkled in the distance as YHC made a trek towards the Big Creek AO.  These were no ordinary lights, but they were glimmering lights on buildings and fixtures that made this YHC’s journey even more enjoyable.  The promise of Christmas and the Holidays to come made today’s Q even more meaningful……that and the the continued exuberance and excitement of a recent UGA SEC Championship over the weekend, which today had to be celebrated with a good ole fashioned beatdown.  How bout them Dawgs!

Warm-up

Mosey to field at base Kilimanjaro where we were surprised by a family of deer caught in our headlights grazing. Unfortunately, they didn’t stick around long. Always good to catch up with the local wildlife around Big Creek!

Sua Sponte Q

A simple question…Who has the Q today?  The lack of an answer is the birth of a Q. F3 applies the concept of acting on one’s own accord to Leadership through the taking of Individual Initiative (I2 for short) in furtherance of Outcome. F3 calls this Sua Sponte Leadership YHC …
