16 gathered Tuesday for a Grab a Rock and Run day. Immediately we went to the coupon pile to find a medium size friend. A mosey took us over to the paved circle by the Community Track for some Warm Ups.
Partner up, Partner A was running while Partner B was doing choice of 6 different rock exercises. Squat, Deadlift, Bent over rows, press, curls and skull crushers. Everyone did three laps while the partner picked 2 exercises each lap.
Second Round Partner A ran the track with the Rock while Partner B did Mercans, burpee’s and V-Ups. Each man did three laps with the rock.
Mosey to the Planters for some more Curls, presses, Skull crushers, BB situps and American Hammers all with rock. We also did some dips and step ups
Mosey back to the flag just in time.
