-Mosey to dark area between Roswell Area Park and Roswell North Elementary

-Lined up in line, one person did Marta down the rails, while each person in line did Side Straddle Hops, this continued with each person counting 5 seconds before following the next person down the rails. Side Straddle Hops on finish line until 6 in.
THE THANG
- mosey to football field
- Pair up – One person ran 100 yards and back while the other did the following exercises. This alternated until the team completed each count
- 75 Burpees
- 100 Jump Squats
- 100 Carolina Dry Docks
- 150 Mountain Climbers
- 150 Squats
- 200 LBCs
- 200 Arm Presses
- 150 Merkins
- Bear got lost in the woods and took the PAX on a drunken mosey back to the starting point.
- YHC couldn’t complete his own work out, I’m sure there is a fun name for this somewhere
