The Thang:
1. Partner up for Louis Zamperini’s – one lap around the big path, while partner planks.
2. 11’s – Overhead press & Squats with a coupon
3. Partner up for a little playground time – 1 partner does 11 swerkins while the other does pull-ups. Rinse and repeat 3 times
4. Head over to the benches for Dips and Set-ups. 3 sets of 11
5. Indian run back to the flag
Circle up for Mary’s
– Freddie Mercury
– Reverse LBC’s
– Dollies
– the whole circle choose a Mary for the group.
