after disclaimer and F3 5 Core principles, we moseyed around the parking lot and did the following: Weed Picker, Wind Mills, SSH, Imperial Walker & Moroccan Night Club.
The Thang:
YHC handed out the weinke, which has all the exercises and also pointed out the required and optional exercises and off we went (for the exercises, see the pic).
With a few minutes left YHC called for time and headed back to the flag
