That lunge walk seemed shorter when I planned it!

Preamble:

A bit muggy this morning but 18 showed up for a little fun while listening to Van Halen radio on Pandora.

Warm-O-Rama:

Moseyed up the road from the flag and warmed up with side straddle hood, weedpickers, hillbillies, COVIDs and arm circles.

The Thang:

After warmup moseyed to the softball fields where Dora’s was the name of the game.  100 step ups, 200 merkins and 300 American hammers.  Moseyed down to the main road.

From there we continued with one partner lunge walking while the other did 10 Mike Tyson’s.  The walk was a little further than what was in my mind but we alternated down to the parking lot between the upper football field and softball fields.

One more time with you partner where we did Freddy Mercury’s while the other karioked to the median, ran to the end, karioked back the median then ran back to their partner to swap out.

Split into two teams for what I like to call dealers choice.  One member of the team gave an exercise for the rest of the group to do while they ran to the median and back.

After cycling through we moseyed back to the flag where Knight Rider led us in a short Mary of jump squats.

Today marked 2 years since my wife passed.  The men of F3 have been instrumental in my journey and healing.  You have all been a blessing to me and my boys.
