Pilgrim Mill Out-and-Back

Preamble:

YHC was feeling run down and needed an easy route to keep the PAX together in their desired pace groups without much coordination.

The Thang:

Head over to Pilgrim Mill and run up towards the aquatic center.  Turn around and come back when you hit 5:50.

COT:

Was great to see Lil’ Pump back out and Krystal!  Krystal just moved and his M is pregnant with their 5th child.  Prayers for healthy baby and mom and also prayers (turned praise) for Schneider’s mom who underwent heart bypass surgery later that day.
