Preamble:

Back up to Firehouse for beatdown with our Northern Friends.

Warm-O-Rama:

Mosey to the round-a-bout and circled up for some WMH, WP, CHead Squats, Hillbillies and arm circles.

The Thang:

Stayed there in the grass circle of the round-a-bout and everyone grabbed a coupon and spread out the circle.  Exercises at my call then Bear crawl around the circle 3 spots and stop after each exercise.
15 Thrusters – Bear Crawl
15 Scurls – BC
15 Elf on the Shelf – BC
15 Bicycle kicks holding coupon -BC
15 boxcutters – BC
Mercans with hands on coupon until failure -BC
15 Goblet Squats -BC

Mosey to tennis courts – stopped on the way for 10 burpees.
Back against the fence.
-Broad jump the green, lungewalk the blue to other fence (2 courts)
-Bear crawl the green, side lunge the blue, back to start, 5 burpees
-One more trip, bunny hop the green, lungewalk the blue

Mosey down to soccer field.  11’s on the bleachers with Dercans and BBSU
