Preamble:

Grindstone has been out of balance eversince YHC had the PAX take up coupons in one part of the AO and deposited in another.

This concerned the site-Q as well as some other PAX… so YHC set off on a mission to undo this wrong.

Warm-O-Rama:

screaming in from a prerun misadventure courtesy of Inseam, WHC dropped his safety gear and took the PAX on a recovery mosey to the back parking lot where the PAX traced the parking spaces, and performed an abbreviated warmup.

The Thang:

Run the trail starting from the playground to the hill behind the tennis courts, picking up a coupon from the offending spot and carrying it to the hill.

Partner up at the hill and discard the smaller coupon the partners have.

Next, Dora, 100 BBS, 200 flutter kicks, 300 LBC, one partner starts the abb workout while the other runs up the hill, executes 5 merkins and runs back…

Run back to the flag, where we bear crawled from parking spot to parking spot performing merkins on the white lines, adding one rep for every line, starting at 1 and ending at 8.
