Windy Wednesday

Preamble:

Windy and “chillier” than I expected.  I didn’t see the weather before I left the house because the news couldn’t stop covering the election.  Thank heavens this is over (no run-off, right?)!

The Thang:

Let’s mosey!

We got to the gazebo across the street from the park.  Partner up (we had an even number, so that worked out).  We did partner mercans (down, then hand-slap or “low-five” with your partner).  Sets of 15 and a total of 5 sets.  After doing one set at the starting point, run in opposite directions to meet up half way around the building for another set (and so-on).  After the 5th set, let’s mosey.

Arrived at the pull-up bar.  Four rounds of the following:

• 6 pull-ups
• 12 set-ups (on the bleachers) beta-count
• 12 donkey kicks
• 12 decline mercans

Let’s mosey!

At the bottom of the hill, we’ll do a round of “7’s.”  At the bottom, start w/6 burpees, run up the hill, 1 no-surrender, then back down the hill (then 5 and 2, and so-on).

Mosey back to the flag where we finished with a round of everybody’s favorite – Captain Thor.
