Preamble:

Beautiful morning, kinda muggy

Warm-O-Rama:

6 people for the pre-run

The Thang:

Several had to leave for family obligations, and 3 were left to spend the next hour running.  Headed up Ronald Reagan to the Union Hill Park greenway trailhead and enjoyed a good zone 2 trot for an hour.  Great way to start the weekend.

COT:

Bagel was supposed to meet Dumpster that morning for a run and Dumpster couldn’t reach him, so we said a prayer for Bagel.  Turns out it was user error with the alarm clock.
