Apparently there were plenty of burpees on Friday, so rule going into this AM was no burpees…but everything else was fair game!

Warm-O-Rama:

Mosey to the parking lot by the turf fields for:

12 x SSH

12 x Weed picker

12 x slow merkins

Partner up and find a lifting coupon

The Thang:

Partner A: Overhead carry coupon to bathroom, 10 x donkey kicks, lunge walk back to base

Partner B: 10 x merkins, jog to curb, 10 x big boys; repeat until partner A returns

Switch partners and repeat x 3

Partner A: Karaoke shuffle to bathroom, 20 curls, karaoke return to base

Partner B: 10 x merkins, crab walk to curb, 10 x LBCs; repeat until partner A returns

Switch partners and repeat x 3

Partner A: Overhead press

Partner B: 10 x merkins, jog to curb, 10 x flutter kicks

Switch partners and repeat x 3

Mosey to the playground for shrugs and merkins for several rounds; mosey back to the flag
