The Thang:

Going quarterly. Next on first Friday in February.

Run to parking deck entrance.

  • 5 burpees
  • 10 merkins
  • 15 squats

Up stair to next level, run to opposite stairs

  • 5 burpees
  • 10 merkins
  • 15 squats

Repeat until you are at the top. Perform the exercises and all the way down the stairs, out and back to the start on Main Street.  1 lap.

Repeat until time is up.

I got 3 laps. Avis 3.3 (3 laps, 3 decks)
