One way to “punch Monday in the face” is to push yourself and try new things – the PAX got some exposure to some exercise routines debuting at the Wreck.

- 6 x Bruno Burpee (a.k.a. Breakdance Burpee)
- 6 x Big Boy Sit-up
- 6 x Wide Merkin
- 6 x Absolution: Gronier-to-Makhtar N’Daiye-to-Elbow Plank-to-Chilly Jack-to-Makhtar N’Daiye
- 6 x Pull-up
- 6 x Ranger Merkin: hands positioned near bottom of rib cage
- Run out to flag and back
- Rinse and Repeat
The Gazelles got 6 or 7 sets in before the PAX were rounded up and headed back to the flag for Mary. Thumper showed off his America’s Got Talent moves (see below).
