We had a good size PAX this morning. 5:30am hit and we were off mosey’ing!

Let’s get to it!
Mosey to the football field. In an effort to stretch the gluts, we lunged to the 50 yard line then sprinted the rest of the way. Did the same on the way back to the goal line where we started.
4-corners of Doom!
We broke up into groups of 4. Each team member started at a different corner of the football field. At each corner, there was a list of exercises:
Corner One: 1. Merkins x 40, 2. Monkey Humpers x 40, 3. Dolly’s x 40
Corner Two: 1. Squats, 2. Flutter Kicks, 3. Carolina Dry Docks
Corner Three: 1. Burpees, 2. SSH, 3. Freddie Mercury
Corner Four: 1. LBCs, 2. Mountain Climbers, 3. Shoulder Press
Each group starts in their corner on exercise #1. Corner One finishes 40 merkins, runs across the field to Corner Two and tags their teammate. Corner One’s group now is at Corner Two doing Squats and so one. Each group does 40 reps in Corner One, then starts the rotation. In the other corners, you do the exercise until the next group tags you to run to the next corner. In all, we ran ~2.5 miles and completed 12 exercises!
Mosey’d back to the flag. For the last few minutes, we ran a Captain Thor – 1 big boy sit-up: 4 American Hammers. Got half way through before we hit 6:15am.
