Mosey to north end of the school parking lot for a modified pyramid: start at base of short hill near the tennis courts with 2 hand release merkins (then 4, 6, 8, 6, 4, 2), bear crawl up the hill then run to other end of the elevated parking area and do 10 arm circles (then 20, 30, 40, 30, 20, 10) then run back to start and repeat hand release merkins, bear crawl up the hill, etc. oyo
Mosey to Seles stop for Mary: 15 LBC, 15 ABC, 15 Low Dolly, 15 High Dolly, 15 L over R, 15 R over L, 15 Low Leg Raises, 15 High Leg Raises i.c.
Mosey to the Track for a Mile of 50’s: jog 50 meters then sprint 50 meters for 4 laps.
Mosey to Picnic area for 11’s: Step ups and Dips
Mosey back to start and finish with 5 hand-release burpees oyo
