Mosey to picnic area for 1st Tabata: alternating step-ups and dips with 20 sec exercise, 10 sec. rest 8X each
Cherokee run to bottom of Nature Center hill with 5 squats off the back.
Tabata: Box-cutters
Crowd Pleaser on the Nature Center Hill: 8-count Body builders (5 @ bottom), 3 stations on the hill with 5 Prisoner squats at each station (up and down), 1 8-count bb at the top. working down to 1 8-count bb at the bottom and up to 5 at the top. End at the top.
Cherokee Run back to Platform of Pain with 5 squats off the back for final Tabata: High Dolly (YHC made a modification from plan that was a Run-Stance-Switch tabata to end; upon which the PAX said Amen!)
