YHC wasn’t 100% sure what I wanted to do today, until I started scouring the F3 site. Low and behold, I stumbled across the Millennial workout. In honor of our brothers born around the year 2000, we do 2000 reps with a partner inside of 45 minutes… sounded intriguing. A quick search and I found a few AOs who had done it and it sounded simple enough. That is, until we tried…
WARM UP
Quick Mosey around the PL then:
10 Windmills
10 SSHs
10 Imperial Walkers
THE THANG
We mosey’d to the PC parking lot and selected our spot for the run. Here’s how it went down.
Partner up and similar to Dora, 1 partner exercises while the other runs and between the two of you, you’re aiming at 200 of the selected exercise. After 10 rounds of 10 exercises, magic… you’re at 2000 reps. Yes, YHC Scrooge can do a little basic arithmetic. Here are the exercises:
- Merkins
- Squats
- Mountain Climbers
- LBCs
- SSHs
- Lunges
- Flutter Kicks
- American Hammers
- Millennial Snowflakes (a.k.a. Star jumps)
- Burpees
Unfortunately, YHC couldn’t get us all the way to the Burpees and we had to stop at 100 Snowflakes (or close to it). Next time we’ll stay close to the flag to conserve time for our Burpee finale. I think a few of the PAX felt cheated.
