YHC had a FNG coming who I know didn’t like running so I was planning on a 0.0 workout…I was picking between The Deck Of Death or Flo’s Paper Of Pain.
Turns out the PoP had more running than I had expected (sorry about that!)

Moleskin – many (including YHC) questioned my decision to use the Paper of Pain…after about burpee 35 – I started missing my deck of cards.
FNG Karl emailed me about how much he loved the workout. Great work Karl! (and Erk!).
