Mosey to the church next door for a description of the workout core – 1 Burpee, 2 Squats, 3 LBCs, and 4 SSH (OYO), every time we stop.
The Thang – Mosey to the corner of Roberts and WC. Mosey to the cul-de-sac and WC. Mosey to the sidewalk and WC (plus a pause so YHC could shed some outerwear). Mosey a block up hill and WC. Mosey another block to the peak and WC. Mosey back down a block and WC. Mosey back to the sidewalk and WC. (Storm the hill) to the clearing, and WC. Mosey to the woods and WC, mosey back to the school and WC. (For those keeping track at home, that’s 10 sets).
Press Pause at the Portable Classrooms for partner merkins and partner dips. 3 sets of 10 of each form for each partner (OYO).
Mosey around the school to the picnic tables for StepUps and Incline Merkins (IC and x10 – 3 go rounds). YHC opted for the gun show at this point (and the PAX took the opportunity to throw shade).
Back to the Thang: Mosey out to Roberts and to the corner to the left and WC. Mosey to the entrance to DHC and WC. Mosey down the hill to the crosswalk and WC. Mosey to the center parking lot and WC. Mosey up the ramp to the new building for….
