Warm-O-Rama:

mosey to tennis court for a few warmup exercises

The Thang:

On tennis court - use 4 tennis courts for 4 corners on each court
  • 25 mtn climbers on first corner
  • 5 burpees on 2nd corner
  • alternate all the way down
Mosey to gazebo near lake: partner up
  • one partner doing jump squats while other runs to top of hill and back - 2x
  • split squats next exercise - 2x
Mosey to top of gymnastics hill:
  • 25 bonnie blairs at top; run to top of grass hill
  • 20 jump squats, run to bottom of grass hill
  • 25 calf raises,
  • run back to top of hill and repeat jump squats
  • run back to top of gymnastics hill and repeat bonnie blairs
  • repeat till time called; mosey back to flag
