You never escape challenges in life.  Many of us were blessed to attend the NLB banquet this week and hear the amazing story of redemption from our brother @Scampi.  One of the most powerful things he shared was that he had learned how to take challenges and disappointments, accept them for what they are, and then get up and keep moving.  No matter what you achieve in life, you will never reach the place where life is just a never ending string of easy and joyful days.  You will always be called to face challenges and overcome fears.  In Scampi’s testimony, there wasn’t a single word about 100 mile races, 50k feet of elevation, or 1st place Hillseeker trophies.  Just a beautiful story about a life transformed by the love of Jesus and family, friends, and brothers who got up and walked beside him through the challenges he faced.  Thank you for the inspiration!  We’re proud to have you as part of our group!  Aye!
