Disclaimer given, then ruck to the High School

Warm-O-Rama:

We just started rucking

The Thang:

We rucked to the high school, stopping on the way to do a bar crawl at the pavilion near the stairs, did a partial Mt. Everest, and lined up at the track. We doffed our rucks and did a little bit of Over the Rainbow, borrowed from Leprechaun in Portland, OR. We did a burpee, ran the curved portion of the track, did 2 burpees, then back, 3,up to 7, then we rucked back to the flag

Halpha Day is coming up, I think we are doing Curahee again, but I don't remember what date.  Sirmixalot, please advise.   Prayers for the pax
