Preamble:

Dusted off the cobwebs of the Irish Board of Pain, fresh paint, added new lights, and ready to go for this year's St Patrick's Day BD.

Warm-O-Rama:

Circled-up at the gym equipment with dimmly-lit green lights with a special guest leprechaun, 7 SSH 7 Hillbillies 7 Mountain climbers 17 Arm circles

The Thang:

Thang #1 - Step-ups to Irish jig PAX headed north to the lacrosse field in the parking lot along the curb.  YHC played a song from Dropkick Murphys with a strong beat.  PAX did step-ups on the curb to show off their Irish jig moves. Thang #2 - Irish board of pain A plinko board was setup on the lacrosse field with an angry leprechaun on top who challenged the PAX to various core exercises to get his gold.  2 green plastic plates were given to each PAX to perform each exercise.  Each PAX took a turn with the plinko chip, and the number of the box the chip landed in was used to determine the core exercise from the list below.  Each exercise was performed with the plates as sliders. Arm Extensions Arm Circles Sliding Plankjacks Sliding Groiners Butterflies Bicycles Side Lunges Peter Parkers Thang #3 - Lucky hats 6 Green hats were lined up on the 25 yard line.  Each hat had a mix of green and gold coins.  PAX partnered up behind each hat at the end zone.  Partner A performed an exercise in the end zone while Partner B bear crawled down to the hat, picked a coin from under the hat, and lunge walked back.  The color of the coin chosen by Partner A was used to determine the next exercise.  Exercises were chosen from the list below for green coins and gold coins.  Rinse and Repeat.
