It's been a while since I had the Q, so figured it was my time. PAX have been light recently with rain and cold, but had to do it! It's Shaq's birthday!
Warm-O-Rama:

The Thang:
4 PAX braved the light right in the gloom today. After warm we opted to mosey to the sports park for a covered workout. After picking out a coupon we started with Curls-32 ct, skull crushers-32 ct., and overhead press-32 ct. (one of Shaq's number's being 32). In between sets did 15 plank jacks and a run (15 NBA Allstar teams that Shaq was on).
Next we did Goblet Squats-34 ct, Calf Raises-34 ct., and Imperial Walkers-34 ct. with 15 plank jacks and a run in between sets.
Finally, we did leg workouts with squats-25 ct, Bonnie Blairs-25 ct, and Mountain Climbers-25 Ct.
We ran back to the parking lot with sprints up and down the hill parking lot doing merkins at the top and bottom of the parking lot.
