I hate bots

Preamble:

Coming back from the Blue Ridge Relay I wanted to keep the momentum going with another great jaunt from Cropduster.

Warm-O-Rama:

All Pax did stretch as time allowed before departing for Webb Bridge.

The Thang:

We ran out Occee Park, down Kimball Bridge, around the loop at Webb Bridge Park and back.  Per my Strava we hit 4.73 miles.

COT:

Animal shared an announcement for the Mindfreak run that took place on Saturday.

Naked-Man Moleskin:

This was another enjoyable run with the Cropduster crew and further establishing my commitment to staying in running shape and even continuing to accelerate post BRR for other races in the future.

PS…..I hate the bots
