5Alive with some burpee fun

Preamble:

With my move almost complete and a strong desire to get back into the routine of posting at Starting Line, I grabed the Q and decided to bring back my 5Alive creation with a side of Burpees to prep for the upcoming World Burpee day.
PreRuck was a party of one with part of the time taken up by plotting where to do the BD since the light post at our normal spot was doing a weird seizure inducing strobing effect, so I placed my speaker near the stairs and planned to modify my original plan.

Once I got back to the Pavilion Aunt May, SirMixalot, and Jolt where there ready to start the events O’ the morning

Started the Mosey and ended up near the steps. And time for the warmup

5Alive time
Do 5 reps of 5 types of merkins
5 regular merkins, 5 wide merkins, 5 diamond merkins, 5 ranger merkins, 5 hand released merkins
50 SSHs
1minute high plank
Mosey up the steps and at the top 5 Burpees, then back down
Do 5 reps of 5 types of leg exercise
5 squats, 5 jump squats, 5 lunges, 5 reverse lunges, 5 bonnie blairs
50 SSHs
1minute Air chair
Mosey up the steps and at the top 5 Burpees, then back down
Do 5 reps of 5 types of ab exercises
5 LBCs, 5BBSU, 5 WW2 situps, 5 leg raises, 5 JLos
50 SSHs
1minute Leg raise hold
Mosey up the steps and at the top 5 Burpees, then back down
2 rounds of that
With time to spare and my prep for World burpee day on my mind I had one more round of 5Alive….Burpee add in
5 Burpees, 5 Plank Jack Burpees, 5 Hand Released Burpees, 5 wolverines, 5 Hugh Jackmans
Mosey up the steps and at the top 5 No Surrenders, then back down.
Moseyed to the pavilion and with about 30 seconds to spare we did a low plank hold till time was up.
