Preamble:
Good numbers for HC’s last night, everyone is ready to run.
Warm-O-Rama:
No real warm up here, we just start running.
The Thang:
Did a little different route today, headed up Thompson Street and the back way up the Alpharetta green to Brooke Street Park. Then up to Academy street and the faster group took a trip up to the top of the parking deck to touch the back wall and headed back down.
All the way up to Wills Road and again the fast group passed Rucker and ran up the equestrian hill to to Exxon station and back. Then back to Old Milton all the way home.
COT:
Prayers for TO’s friend in the hospital with a photo to send for prayers. All the other unspoken prayers as well.
