Crabapple Figure 8 Loop Run

Preamble:

We were light on HC’s due to people out of town and the threat of rain, but still managed to get it in…

Warm-O-Rama:

No warm up here, we just run….

The Thang:

Going off motivation from Nacho’s Monday Q, I decided to switch p the route and do a figure 8 first heading out toward the high School and down Freemanville to loop back to downtown Crabapple.  Then we headed up the hill to Crabapple Chase subdivision, left on Rucker and all the way to Charlotte.  Cut back up Charlotte and zig zagged past the library back to our starting point.  Nice 5 mile run.

Prayers for TopHat’s M who was having some dental work done today and for relative that needed a pacemaker.

Praises and well wishes for Cobol as he has some exciting news coming up this weekend with his girlfriend.

And Happy Birthday wishes to my middle 2.0 turning 10 today, Happy Birthday Savannah.
