Preamble:
Three years since my first beatdown. A good opportunity to celebrate the site of my first exposure to F3 and keep everyone moving in the process.
Warm-O-Rama:
Mosey to top of widowmaker for SSHs, copperhead squats (in honor of the visitor near our garage), weedpickers and arm circles. Then down the hill…
The Thang:
Starting the tour of the park and muscle groups…
From the bottom, run to end of guardrail for 15 of each – diamond, regular and wide mercans. Back to start and run to manhole for 10 of each. Back to bottom and run to top for 5 of each. Mary for the 6.
Off to pickleball courts for lower body work and 11s – squats and bonnie blairs, then 20 step ups on the picnic tables.
Bernie and mosey to big soccer field for 4 Core-ners. First time around, 20 LBCs (alternating bernie and run around). Second time, 15 dying cockroaches. Third time, 10 big boys.
Off to the flag for a couple minutes of Mary…

As Speedo mentioned in an earlier BB, we’re all much stronger and better with a community around us. The last three years have been fun, challenging and more meaningful with this group. Appreciate everyone’s support, encouragement and fellowship.
