Preamble:

In the spirit of YHC’s focus on significant body areas, today’s BD was all about dem legs. The BD was initially intended for some HIMs who cannot perform sprints or run distance due to injuries. The workouts all took place under the pavilion w/coupons and required minimal fast-twitch engagement. However, when it was identified that those members fart-sacked and the squats & lunges had achieved their intended impact, we switched to a little Ultimate for the final 10 mins before Sally (squat-style). The latter courtesy of the M the night before while describing the previous day’s BD.
