The return of the King

Warm-O-Rama:

1. We did a little run to the firehouse and back

The Thang:

• Go on a football field

• Get everyone feeling good before they lose all their will to live

• Start off on a corner doing Dora’s

• First will be doing a 3 minute plank while the other partner runs to the opposite corner, switch when they come back

• We will run an extra lap after each corner is done

• Second will be 100 alpha count firehydrants (partner will still run back and forth from corners)

• Third will be 150 merkins

• Everyone will run 2 extra laps

• Lastly we will have EVERYONE do 15 wolverines

• Have everyone sprint to the other side of the field

• Dan Taylor’s to other side of field

• Bear crawl to halfway point of field and finish off with a sprint

• Indian run around the football field

• Ring of fire (merkins)
