Had a moosey over the lot where did side straddle hop, weed pickers, slow squat, and Micheal Phelps
The Thang:
PAX split into teams of two and grabbed their favorite wet rock.
One man walks to the third street lamp with the rock over their head and does two exercises.
10 Curls
20 Rows
The other man would alternate between these two exercises until their partner would return.
Air squats 10 reps
Merkins 10 reps
They would then switch, and that would be one round.
After about 6 rounds, we mosey over to get one round of Morning Call.
