Preamble:
3 years of F3 since Juul EH’ed me. So YHC thought of something involving reps of 3 and i harkened back to an iron pax that involved 3 burpees.
Warm-O-Rama:
SSH, weed pickers, Michael phelps
The Thang:
Some variation of the following:
200 curls
175 squats
150 OHP
125 KB swings
100 merkins
a few others that weren’t started
every 25 reps, run 25 yards and do 3 burpees down the list.
COT:
Prayers for families traveling and kids starting camps.
