The Thang:
Inform pax that YHC called Bat Wings IC with his M over the weekend and she was able to do the whole thing without dropping her arms.
Thang 1: Bat Wings.
Thang 2: Burpee Broad Jump (BBJ) Escalator. 1 BJ 1 B, 2 BJ 2 B, 3 BJ 3 B…. all the way to 6 then back down…around the inner cirlce of the vin diagram.
it was at this point that one astute pax noticed we were tracing the nutsack of giant strava art dong. YHC confirmed this was correct.
Thang 3: 1:3 escalator. 1 Mercan, 2 Squats, 3 SSH, Lap around the scrotum. 2/4/6 lap, 3/5/9 lap, all the way to 10/20/30
Back to the flag for a perfect 5 MoM, around the horn style. Some newer guys called cadence. Nice!
