Warm-O-Rama:

Mosey from the flag to hilltop overlooking the fields. SSH’s, Mtn Climbers, Weed Pickers, Phelps, Sun Gods, Copperhead Squats.

Mosey back down to the flag, forward run, backwards run, quick final stretches.

The Thang:

Partner up and each two-man team grab a single Kettlebell. First man takes the KB to the 25 yard line marked with a light, do KB exercise, move to 50 yard line marked with a light do KB exercise. First man LEAVES KB at far end / 50 yard mark and runs back to flag.
Second man is continuously doing non-coupon  exercise awaiting first man to return. Second man runs down to far end / 50 yard mark and does KB exercise, move to 25 yard line marked with a light, do KB exercise, return to flag with KB and switch-o-rama.

20 KB swings at each light while partner does LBCs

20 Curls at each light while partner does shoulder taps

20 Overhead presses at each light while partner does V-Ups

all PAX run to bottom of Zimas hill and back up

20 KB swings at each light while partner does LBCs

20 Curls at each light while partner does shoulder taps

20 Overhead presses at each light while partner does V-Ups

all PAX do one last 50 yard sprint and that’s time!

Skulls family, Prayers for The Burns friend / co-worker Dougherty who passed away this weekend and family. Prayers for strength and wisdom for Joey and Sprocket as they care for their Father.
