Deck of Death in Deck

Preamble:

4 PAX took the daily red pill and posted on a rainy Tuesday morning.

Warm-O-Rama:

After a quick disclaimer (and I mean really quick), we moseyed to the parking deck across the street. On our way up, we did alternating merkins at each turn, 10 reps each time. At the top, we did 10 Mike Tysons on the wall.

The Thang:

Staying towards to the top of the deck, we circled up for an F3 Deck of Death party. Approx 35 minutes of card pulling ensued, running to the top after each set of exercise.

Running out of time, we headed back to campus for a Stadium Dora. 1 partner would stay at bottom to perform the exercise while the other would run to the top of the stadium.

100 Carolina Drydock
200 Squats
300 Imperial Walker

Head back to the flag for 2 minutes of Mary.

COT:

Prayers for those injured and for family members of PAX who need the extra prayers. Congrats to all of the graduates amongst our lives, may their next journey be fruitful and fulfilling.
