Warm-O-Rama:

SSH x 15

8x Hill Billies, Copper  head squats , seal claps, overhead claps, weed pickers

hamstring  stretch

5 burpees

 

The Thang:

 

Today we used three dice. Two of one color and the third of a different color. Each man took a turn and threw all three. The single die was the exercise (see below). The matched pair = number of reps. We added 10 to this number.   Snake eyes do the reps plus 5 burpees.

Slow mosey to the tennis court parking area. Each pax threw the dice one time at each stop. After all had a turn, slow mosey to the next stop near  little library.  Rinse and repeat

slow mosey to soccer fields and line up midway on the field facing concession stand.
One PAX member completes a lunge walk the length of the PAX line while the rest of the PAX performs a called exercise. As soon as lunge walker reaches the end of the line the next PAX member is up and lunging the runway line. second time through PAX switch from lunging to Bear Crawls.  We completed 2 full rounds
