Preamble:
With the Murph around the corner YHC felt we needed a little warm up.
YHC was not sure how the turnout was going to be but in regular Jericho fashion it was solid.
Warm-O-Rama:
Mosey down to the bottom lot, disclaimer was issued with help from the PAX. This is when the sky opened up, and the PAX of Jericho embraced it with zero complaints. Then we proceeded with some SSH, Willie Mays Hayes, Weed Pickers, and some Hillbillies. Mosey back to the top lot.
The Thang:
11’s using the hill-Big Boy Sit-Ups at the bottom of the hill and Plank Jocks I mean Jacks at the top of the hill.
With Memorial Day around the corner YHC decided we needed a little Murph warm up. So we did some DORA with 50 pull-ups on the playground, 100 Mercans, and 150 Squats. One PAX exercising and the other running.
Mosey to the football field for 4 rounds of 50 yard sprints, mosey the first 50 and AYG the next 50.
Mosey back to the flag for few minutes of Mary.
COT:
Prayers for Baskins mom who is recovering from foot surgery and prayers for the student at VCES who passed away.
Congrats to Soul Glo on finishing another semester of college.
