Preamble:
Having spent the last few months working on doing a Saturday am Murph and not being in the shape needed to lead the stud PAX at Nirvana, YHC has finally returned and wanted to get reintroduced to all the sights and sounds of the AO. Instructions for this tour were to bring your +1 (Cindy) along for the journey. Beautiful Spring weather…Let’s go!

Mosey to the Northern ball fields (around the world Merkins x10). This was the VIP portion of the tour and Cindy had to stay back and guard the flag.
The Thang:
Mosey back to the LZ and grab Cindy for the tour…
Rifle Carry to back of MHS Pull-up bars – 10 pull-ups/50 curls
Rifle Carry to the steep, sweaty, back lot hill for 7’s (Military Press/WW1s). Alligator Merkin Up/Run down
Rifle Carry to the “closed” football stadium. Every single time YHC has the QIC, the stadium is planned to be used and is closed…SMH. Improvise, Adapt, Overcome.
5 Man Makers/Blockees
10 Swings
15 Squats
Run 200 yards and back and go back down the ladder….15, 10, 5
Rifle Carry to the front lot (Circle up and PAX calls exercise to 10)
Rifle Carry back to the flag and leave Cindy nestled next to vehicles and begin the last part of the tour with a run around the Middle School
Upon entering the blacktop, circle up and do 10 Merkins…then Captain Thor. (Brutal and YHC was concerned that @Dosido may have gone into spasms at one point). Upon completion – 10 Merkins.
Mosey to the school track and do a 100 yard sprint.
Mosey back to the flag, grab Cindy, and dirty dance with her one more time above your head for 30 seconds.
