Early two year anniversary

Preamble:

YHC wanted to make up for his ONLY fart sack ever, his one year anniversary Q last year YHC showed up early for a pre run basking in the gloom of all the good memories two years of F3 has given him. Technically the anniversary is on Dec. 26, but YHC’s M is due with child any day now, so this may be the last opportunity for a while.

The Thang:

YHC decided to use his first ever Q theme for this auspicious occasion.

PAX paired off and each went to a base and made a baseball diamond. Each plate was assigned an exercise, with home plate completing a specific number. After home plate completed, they would bear crawl to first, then those PAX would bear crawl to second. Rinse and repeat until PAX were at their original station. We did three rounds of this with a mosey around the field between sets.

We had some time left, so we did Ole’ Ace Ventura’s favorite… SPRINTS!!

COT:

YHC gave a sombering speech about how F3 has changed his life. The love, support, and swift kicks in the ass have been tremendous for my personal growth and development. I am truly blessed to know these men.
