All was quiet on Slack the day prior so wasn’t sure if anyone would show this morning. A couple minutes prior to 0515 Mayhem pulled in so Academy was on. No Q was signed up but this group is never without a Q. With 2 runners, Twisted Surprise seemed like a good fit for the morning.
The Thang:
Twisted Surprise: 6.1 – 6.2 miles (queue the great debate) with various pain stops along the way.
