Thanksgiving With The Girlfriends

Preamble:
Early 0530 start on thanksgiving morning. Who would be there? 12 HIM, that is who!
Warm-O-Rama:
Quick disclaimer and a mosey around the loop back to the flag and some SSH and Weed Pickers.
That’s enough.
The Thang:
Stu allowed me to steal the Q this morning. I had a Thanksgiving themed workout list, a trunk full of girlfriends, 106 miles to Chicago, we got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it’s dark… and we’re wearing sunglasses. Hit it.
Partner up. One exercise per song. One partner runs while the other does the exercise. Swap and continue until a new song.
The playlist was inspired by a conversation with Stu one morning and we were talking about Styx. So a 70 high school playlist was born.

Great to see so many faces out on Thanksgiving morning! Special welcome to Mater (first time Norseman) and Spud (DR from Columbus, OH).
Naked-Man Moleskin:
We have so much to be thankful for. As dysfunctional as our country seems to be, it is still the best place to live. Do you part to make it better!
