Preamble:
Fun was promised and fun was had.
Warm-O-Rama:
We did some stuff, ssh, weed pickers, probably mountain climbers.
The Thang:
Started with partner work and 100 burpees. No one liked that. Did a few other exercises but it’s been a few nights and I’ve slept since then.

Welcome FNG Roth! He’s seen us workout in the AM and decided to join us this morning.
