How do you name a judge?

Preamble:

Yhc showed up early for a pre-run with toadstool and lightweight. Zuckerberg showed up for a pre-run but decided to do his own route. LifeLock was there but he decided to take a nap rather than accelerate his Fitness.

Warm-O-Rama:

Mosey to the warm-up spot, obligatory side straddle hops, weed pickers, toy soldiers, and torso twists.

The Thang:

Mosey to the field. We would run around the edge of the field, every corner and halfway marker we would stop for some pain. At each location someone will get to call out an exercise, after given the instruction of upper body lower body ABS Etc. At a certain point we took a break to do Mosey across the field, a short exercise, then Sprint to the other side of the field. When there was approximately 5 minutes left we Mosey back to the flag and we did a little bit of mary, to include some Thunderstruck fun.

COT:

Group prayed for a family of PAX we know struggling with some personal issues.

We got to name an FNG. Welcome Better Call Saul!
