Preamble:
Moose, Callahan’s labradoodle, ingested some ribs last night, so they spent the night at the emergency vet. So Callahan could not Q. We did celebrate the Norseman birthday with some memories of the first beatdown with Ha-Ha and Nacho Libre.
Warm-O-Rama:
To the turf field by the old flag for some motivators, weedpickers, and an arm medley, then off through the trails (Callahan did ask us to bring our headlamps) to the rock pile and the other turf field.
The Thang:
A failed attempt to order the PAX fastest to least fastest for some Two by Two sprints and stuff around the box with exercises in between. Coupons were in use.
COT:
Lots of Men doing hard things this coming weekend with BRR and Gro-Ruck.
Naked-Man Moleskin:
Always nice to have someone’s back (Callahan) who you know always has your back.
