YHC hadn’t Q’ed in what felt like a month and was very much looking forward to getting back on the wagon. The occasion called for a new routine I dreamed up in bed the night before to see how it would fare with the 16 of us who posted ITG.
Mosey all the down to the back parking lot for some SSH, weedpicker, sprinkler, windmill IC and then polish it off with a nice round of bat wings. YHC added chinooks at the end this time and it made this near-perfect extended warm-up routine even better. Inseam especially loved it.
New routine called “The Knockout”
PAX lineup along the curb and receive instructions and demonstrations of the only 2 exercises herein; LL Cool J and Mike Tyson
Start with 1 rep of each and then take a lap. Increase reps by 1 after each lap until you get to 10.
All PAX finished with mere minutes to spare so we broke into a two-columned indian run back up the hill to the flag with just enough time.
Prayers for Snowman’s job interview and all PAX who were absent for one reason or another. Encouragement for fall convergence attendance.
