Crowdpleaser 11’s on the lacrosse field. Hand release merkins and squats the full length of the field with 5 burpees every time the midfield line is crossed. About halfway through we modified to running the width of the field. Kinda merciful but it just made the burpees come faster.
Mosey to the stairs. Partner up and Dora. 100 dying cockroaches, 150 flutter kicks (alpha), 200 LBCs. Partner mosey up the stairs for 5 jump squats and back.
Mosey back to lacrosse field. Sprint from midfield to line. If YHC wins, 25 reps. If anyone else wins, 10 reps. Exercises were American Hammers, diamond merkins, monkey humpers, burpees.
Convergence on Saturday at Widowmaker. Great to push everyone today for those last sprints.
